Claire Seo brings a wealth of personal and professional experience to our organization. As a mother of three young children, including an 8-year-old with multiple disabilities, she has firsthand experience navigating the Self-Determination Program for nearly four years. Her journey has fueled a deep passion for advocacy and a steadfast commitment to supporting others. With over eight years of experience advocating for families in IEPs, medical services, IHSS, and the Self-Determination Program, Claire transitioned into a full-time Independent Facilitator in 2024. Fluent in both Korean and English, she specializes in assisting medically complex and behaviorally challenged young children, as well as high-functioning adults and transition-age clients. Her expertise in coordinating multiple services and providers ensures that our clients receive comprehensive, high-quality support.
