The Yosemite Pool in Eagle Rock will be hosting a pool party for World Autism Awareness Day on Sunday, April 6 from 1 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Activities will include: pool party fun, group swimming lessons, paddle boarding/kayaking, CPR station, sensory water play, music and more. There will also be community engagement activities , games, snacks and informational booths.
This LA Parks event is being held in partnership with PlayLA to bring awareness to water safety in the autism community. They want to welcome you to their aquatic community and share vital information with you on the importance of water safety and how to join programs at the pool no matter what your needs and abilities.
