I am an Independent Facilitator and Person-Centered Planner with Adjoin. I have a decade of dedicated experience in working with individuals diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Prior to working within the Self-Determination Program, I was a Case Manager for Supported and Independent Living Services, working closely with regional centers. Additionally, I have a background in healthcare and am pursuing a degree in nursing. I currently hold an associate degree in social and behavioral sciences.I am dedicated to making sure individuals are empowered to realize their full potential and break through barriers that they have faced in the traditional service system. My approach emphasizes advocacy and encouragement, ensuring that my clients can thrive and contribute meaningfully to their goals and aspirations. I pride myself on strong communication, problem-solving skills, flexibility, and attention to detail.Outside of work and school I am a mother of a child who is also a consumer of regional center services. In my free time I enjoy being with my family, going on road trips, and seeking new experiences.
